INTIMATION OF AGM The Annual General Meeting of DCGR for members of the charity will take place in Lockerbie Town Hall (DG11 2ES) on Friday 26th November – 7pm for 7.30 start. Nominations for Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Homing Co-ordinator must be endorsed by a proposer and seconder (all must be members of DCGR) and in the hands of the Interim Secretary by Tuesday 23rd November. DG2 8JY or email@example.com Motions for discussion under the agenda heading of AOCB which must be of a policy nature and be proposed by a DCGR member, must be in the hands of the Interim Secretary by the same date. Any AOCB items raised on the night will be discussed only at the discretion of the Chair. Notification by any member wishing to attend should be made to the Interim Secretary using the above contact details. To mitigate the spread of Covid, tea and coffee will not be provided on this occasion and depending on prevalent rules, masks may have to be worn.
